Food for Thought

@wandersauce told me that deep-fried momos are rare in Queens. I’ve never seen them myself. In fact, deep-frying any kind of dumplings is uncommon. They are either steamed, boiled, or pan-fried. Some places might deep fry them out of laziness, but for these momos, it appears to be the right cooking method. They were delicious.
