Food for Thought

Among the 5 dishes we had, this was the most memorable. Crispy Thai fried chive cake. I looked up the recipe. It’s a combination of rice flour, tapioca flour, and sweet rice flour. So, it’s gluten free (I could make it for my wife). As you could imagine from the combo, it’s super chewy inside.
