Food for Thought

Ground turkey cooked in a sauce made from achiote paste (swipe to see the paste). Atchara (green papaya, raisins, carrots, onion, garlic, and ginger in vinegar). Combined with rice, they worked nicely. Now, you might ask what the hell kind of cuisine this is.
