The Role of Color in Food.

I’m not sure if there are any other types of photography where color is more important than it is in food photography. Here in black and white, you can’t tell what you are looking at. Portraits and landscapes are fine in black and white. It doesn’t take away from the artistic substance and, in many cases, the subtraction of color adds something
