Food for Thought

Art of Instant Ramen. A friend of my daughter @fw._.blasian gave me this instant ramen she got while she was visiting her grandma in Japan. The Japanese food scientists are quite sophisticated and these instant ramens, if made properly, can compete with the average ramen shops here in New York.

This particular one is “tonkotsu” ramen with opaque white broth popular in Hakata, a southern city of Japan where my parents are from. If you are curious, you could get this from Amazon.
