Food for Thought

White American guy living in Japan gave me this recipe, and now I make it all the time. It’s the greatest thing ever. It’s natto, avocado, tomatoes, a pinch of minced raw garlic, olive oil, black pepper, and liquid dashi which usually comes with the natto. You may need to add some salt or soy sauce. Vigorously mix the natto first before adding the rest. I’m not sure if he invented it. When you check out the feed for #納豆 you don’t see anything like it being made in Japan.
