Our students take challenging courses that include four years of English Language Arts (ELA), mathematics, science, and technology and three years of a foreign language. Students complete at least one Advanced Placement (AP) course. Students sit for College Board examinations related to each AP course. Students also enroll in college courses and research internships at Medgar Evers College, City University of New York (CUNY) in the 11th grade and earn up to 15 college credits each semester. Student creativity, character development, and social responsibility are cultivated through individualized guidance, college advisement, athletics, clubs, fine and performing arts events, community service, and mentorships.

Prgram Description
  • Three years of computer science or information technology leading to A+/and or Networking Certification and internships. Excel Program leads to Dual Enrollment at Medgar Evers College.
  • Students must complete a research project for submission to a major science competition and take AP and/or undergraduate courses in science and research.
