Food for Thought

Certain dim sum items taste pretty good even when made at home from frozen packages. This one is manufactured on Staten Island. Swipe to see the package. I got it at the Chinese supermarket on East Broadway at Pike Street. They are soupy pork buns. I followed the instructions and steam-seared them. Took about 12 minutes to reach the 160F.
