Food for Thought

Two things I love combined: natto (fermented soy beans) and Sichuan spice mix. You can get natto at any Japanese supermarket. And most Chinese supermarkets have these premixed Sichuan spice+oil packages for stir-frying or dry hot pot (swipe to see the package). They are great to spice up anything, but don’t overdo it: it would not only have you sweating but coughing also. It’s serious stuff. #japanesefood #sichuanfood #rice #natto #納豆 #homecooking
