If I were to translate this literally, it would be “Konjak Brown Rice Roll - Milk Flavor”. I actually had no idea what to expect. I’ve never seen anything like it. The package says it’s made in #Taiwan In any case, it was good. It’s somewhere between rice cracker and rice crispy. It’s sweet and inside is filled with something creamy.
