This is “Papaya White Fungus Soup”. It certainly does not sound good but I loved the exotic (for me) flavor of it. I’m not sure where the flavor of the soup was coming from. Is it from the “white fungus”? Hat tip to @kinrealestate #dessert #asiandessert #nyceats #nycfoodie #queenseats #nyceeeeeats
