Life is like playing a very long piece of music on a piano. You’ve never played it before and you only get to play it once. At the beginning, you don’t even know how it sounds, so you muddle through the score all confused. Gradually, you begin to notice that certain themes and chords repeat. But, just as you begin to get the hang of it, your hands and fingers begin to ache, because the piece is very long. So, towards the end of the piece, you are only as good as when you started. And, worst of all, you don’t get to play it again from the beginning.
