DV versus DVC Pro

Although Ultimatte handles DV footage well by reversing the compression algorithm, it is still unable to overcome it completely, resulting in soft edges. Exhibit A below is a matte made from DV footage. Exhibit B is made from DVC Pro footage. The difference is clear.
